No Police State Girl's blog is about everything No Police State and other random thoughts; music, art, fashion, lifestyle, technology, politics, the environment, saving the world and whatever else comes to mind.
And then it was seen again that Underground Horns were busking again at Union Square Park during that Union Square Farmers Market near that Gandhi statue. and there was also an anti vaccine rally there on this day.
And there was also a Justice For Jamarion Robinson memorial and rally on this day at Washington Square Park and there was also a Times Square Takeover to stop asian hate in Times Square this past weekend , which I guess brings me to this current date of today in the photos and videos that find themselves posted above.
underground horns is a 6 piece brass band playing afro funk bhangra new orleans latin grooves and beyond. Bring your dancing shoes if you happen to run across them. #blacklivesmatter
Hey again bloggers or whoever could be reading this blagh. There was a Mass March to Defund NYPD, Tax the Rich & Stop the Layoffs! in that city of New York this past weekend. And those are the words that I saw for the title of that Facebook event invite when I looked to see why there seemed to be like ten different protests going on at once at Washington Square Park this past weekend, and that’s not including the Women’s March that was there this past weekend also as I attempted to vend those Black Lives Matter, Not My President, Occupy Wall Street, No Police State, Yoga, Tompkins Square Park, Union Square Park, Washington Square Park, Brooklyn and I Love New York necklaces, magnets, key chains and pins for $2 each at Washington Square Park this past weekend. Batala was drumming there and The People’s Bodega had some really good food there also.
And the Facebook event invite for the Mass March to Defund NYPD, Tax the Rich & Stop the Layoffs! read like:
At the end of June the NYC City Council passed a budget which Mayor DeBlasio and Speaker Corey Johnson claimed Defunded the NYPD in response to the demand raised by protestors and those encamped at City Hall. This claim was a blatant lie as not a single NYPD officer faces a job loss. To add insult to injury, the budget leaves 22,000 city workers at risk of losing their jobs in the midst of crises of unemployment, economic decline and COVID-19. Thus far, the state legislature and Governor Cuomo have refused to pass legislation to Tax the Rich & Wall Street to fill the budget gap. Meanwhile President Trump threatens to withhold funds from NYC and has designated us an “Anarchist Jurisdiction.” In the spirit of resistance which drove this summer’s protests towards justice for George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and others murdered by the police, a coalition of the city’s labor and community activists invite the people, and all other social justice organizations to join us in turn in out as many NYers as possible. See you on the streets!

Black Lives Matter. Occupy Wall Street Worldwide. And what, if anything, does this have to do with a No Police State. Have a great New York City protest day and more, if possible, during these crazy and historical times we are living in.
And everyone was at the Kansas City Chiefs game, a drum circle was going on, a barbecue was later and a Blue Lives Matter rally was on the way that day at Occupy City Hall Kansas City. The great reset, new world order temperature checks required for entry.
And according to The Pitch, The KC Coalition for Black Lives includes Black Rainbow, La Chingona Collective, Liberty Lawyers, Operation Liberation, Miller Dream LLC, It’s Time 4 Justice, White Rose KC, Southern Christian Leadership Conference, Urban League and Sunrise Movement KC.
And the flyer that I picked up from The People’s City reception table read:
“KC: The city of killer cops
The people demand justice
Why we’re occupying city hall
On September 30th, Deja Stallings, at nine months pregnant, was assaulted by KCPD, the video that surfaced is one in a long line of brutal police attacks on black and brown people in Kansas City
We are occupying because we have had enough. Deja’s case is not an isolated event; black women like Deja are some of the most marginalized and endangered people in our society and shouldn’t have to live in fear of being attacked by the police.
We know that abolition is the path to transformative justice. We fight to live in a world where black lives are truly affirmed, protected and liberated.
The Demands
1. Fire Chief Rick Smith and officer Newton who brutalized Deja.
2, Fire all officers who have killed black victims in Kansas City
3. Divest 50% from KCPD’s $273 million budget
4. Reinvest the KCPD budget into resources that support the black community including education, healthcare and housing.
How Can You Help?
– Occupying with us outside of city hall
– Bring the occupiers supplies such as food, water & blankets
– Donate to local groups like Black Rainbow and the KC Community Bail Fund
– Email BOPC@kcpd.org & demand they vote to terminate Rick Smith
– SPREAD THE WORD
