Books. And I have seen many of those objects throughout my travels here on planet earth. As it seems as if I have been seeing those usually square objects with pieces of paper in them that one can reads words on throughout the beginning of time, maybe. And though this post is not exactly about books, it does happen to be about a sale on ebooks for some reason or another on this blogging day. And so what else is there that I can say about a sale on ebooks that has not already been said in a sale on ebooks time. Well, video killed the radio star, and internet killed the book store, or something like that, I think. And in case you have been hiding out underneath one of those rocks or stuck in the stone age, you may have noticed people walking around with those computer tablet like e readers, some fancy devices that can download whole books from the internet for one to read. And ebooks are in and seem to be all the rage these days and times. And I know ebooks have been all the rage these days and times because I have been reading some of those ebooks online every so often these days and times. And if you happen to be looking for that sale on ebooks, Frugal Dad has it. You can find coupon codes for Amazon, that great book and ebook seller in the internet sky as well coupons, digital deals and savings for watches, laptops, jewelry, cameras, movies, boots and more from stores such as Barnes and Noble, Walgreens, Kmart, Macy’s, Dell and more. And if it’s free, or even at a discount, then it’s for me, maybe. And Frugal Dad has some really internet interesting news to read at their website as well, as that “The Day the Internet Stood Still (Infographic)” article about the SOPA and PIPA internet protest that was and still seems to be in the news lately, is really internet interesting to read and that article also has one of those graphics that one can put on their website with images for that day the internet stood still. And so back to the topic of those ebooks again. If you happen to be looking for one of those ebooks, you can get a free ebook at their website for “7-Day Turnaround”. And now with the invention of all things internet, one can find those coupons online for those deals online without ever having to leave home, or at least without ever having to leave one of those computers with just a website visit away.

Normality Again

And even though on this day finds itself as Occupy Wall Street Day 153, and Occupy Wall Street and those global revolutions Occupy Together are still moving fast, I still find myself recycling this blog again with another one of those recycle this blog posts in an attempt to maintain content for this blog and my other blog whenever web 2.0 social media user generated content blaghers block possible.
And again on this blogging day, I find myself reposting yet another one of those blog posts from sometime a whole ago for when blogger life seems as if it wants to blaghers block pass me by.
Who is to decide what normal is. I ran across this poster written by Janet Foner from Support Coalition International, now called MindFreedom, a human rights and alternatives to psychiatry and the mental death system organization the other day. And I find the poster really interesting, almost sort of funny and hilarious, so I thought to repost it because hey, it’s less writing sometimes. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?
Ten Warning Signs of “Normality”
Mad scientists are working around the clock to discover the cure for “normality,” a serious and persistent “chronic mental illness”” afflicting much of the general population. Support Coalition International, an alliance led by psychiatric survivors and open to the public, has become very concerned recently as a “norm-demic” has hit the streets, forcing many people formerly safe from this afflicton to recognize that they, too, have caught the dreaded disease.
Fortunately, our scientists have been able to uncover the ten warning signs of “normality.”
Take this free self-test:
1. COOL: You’re cool, you hold everything in and always put “a good face on it” – you never cry or laugh much, or show emotion in any way, certainly not in public. Your psych cia trick label is “tearlessnivity.”
2. SERIOUS: You always do the proper thing – never anything unusual, playful, spontaneous, “different”, wild, or creative, if you can help it. You believe playing and being silly are beneath your dignity and only for children. You have a psych trick label of “stiff upper lippity.”
3. NICE: You always act nice even if you can’t stand the person to whom you’re talking. You never say what you’re really thinking. Your diagnosis: “inappropriate smiling.”
4. RIGHT: You always do everything right _wear the “right clothes”, say the “right thing”, associate only with the “right people” – you know there is only one right way, and it’s you way. You are diagnosed as “conformity prone.”
5. BORING: Your conversations, life and living space are dull and boring, and your lawn is always manicured no matter what. In the more advanced stages you have much inner “lifelessness” and “flat affect” – in other words, you are one ot the “walking dead.” Your psych cia trick label is “hyper-inactivity.”
6. OBEDIENT: You always try not to offend anyone, especially those in authority – your security seems to depend on that. So therefore you are willing to put expediency ahead of principles. Your psychiatric label is “adjustment prone/adjustment reaction.”
7. GULLIBLE: You believe that the doctor always knows best, that the media is telling the truth (major newspapers always print the facts, right?), and that the medical model of ?mental illness” has been proven scientifically. Your diagnoses is “normal naivete’ disorder.”
8. AVOID FEELINGS: You are out of touch with yourself, with the natural world, and with what is going on with other people. It has become too hard to face how others are being oppressed, so you choose a more comfortable path. TV starts to look very, very good. You are labeled with severe blinder-itis.”
9. DON”T TRUST YOURSELF: You learned in school that it’s important to always pay attention to those in charge and not to trust your own thinking. You learned to “play the game,” and you are still doing that. You believe your own lies. You have an advanced case of “schoolmania,” which, if not stopped in its early stages can lead to severe overwork and, in advanced stages, “corporate asskissingitis.”
10. INDOORISM: You lost touch with wildness in nature, and within your own strong feelings. You do not rebel against ecological destruction. Label: “Tame.”
DON’T PANIC: If you have two or more of these signs, within any lunar cycle, it is not too late. Read Dendron News, support one another, get out into nature and especially rake action to stop psychiatric oppression before serious persistent “Normality” sets in.![]()

The Worst Part of Censorship is

And somehow I came across that photo that finds itself posted in this blagh post throughout my internet travels on this blogging day that reads something like “The Worst Part of Censorship is”. And so I thought to repost that photo on this blagh as I found it censorship interesting. And so what does that internet bible dictionary Wikipedia have to say about this word, as I would imagine it would have something to do with freedom of speech (I think…), blacklist, whitewash, silence, a wall of silence, cover up, keep whatever it is in the dark, ignore, iron curtain (what’s an iron curtain?), 1984 (Oh, George Orwell), groupthinc, non groupthink, totalitarian state (What’s that one all about?), don’t talk about this, don’t talk about that and and any other thought that someone else is saying to me at the moment and that also comes to mind. Well, have a great censorship and more day. And what, if anything, does this have to do with a No Police State?
Showcase This Jewelry
And on this blogging day I find myself blogging about the phrase jewelry showcases for some reason or a blogging another. And I would assume that jewelry showcases are cases for showing jewelry. And so what else is there that I can say about jewelry showcases that has not already been said in jewelry showcases blogger time. Well, I have seen a lot of jewelry throughout my travels here on planet earth, as usually those sometimes shiny and sparkly objects made out of gold and silver and what not are worn by many a human beings. And so if you happen to be looking for those jewelry showcases to showcase that jewelry, Sturdy Store Displays has them. And I would imagine that having one of those display cases for those stores can be a lot better than placing that jewelry on the floor or what not. And at Sturdy Store Displays one can find jewelry showcases, jewelry display cases, wall cases, corner showcases, display towers, aisle cases and just about any kind of showcase one can think of when it comes to displaying that jewelry in those stores. And now with the invention of all things internet, finding those jewelry showcases and all about them has never been easier. ![]()
Congregation Segregation Again
Hey again bloggers, or whoever could be reading this blog. And even though on this day finds itself as Occupy Wall Street Day 146. And those global revolutions of a movement of Occupy Wall Street and Occupy Together are still moving fast, this blagh post seems to be about church, you know that holy place where one finds God, I think. And somehow I came across a conversation about finding a church to get baptized so one can be saved and not die and go to hell or something like that. And in that quest to find one of those baptize me and save me so I don’t die and go to hell churches it was discovered that one must be a member of a church to get baptized. Hugh? What’s up with that. A church bureaucratic loop? Church red tape? The one place that I would think would be inclusive and welcome all is exclusive with hoops to jump through. And so in that quest to find a church that would baptize non members it was discovered that there are no churches that baptize non members. And even if one is a member of that church, one must go to church classes before one gets baptized. Hugh? More church red tape? Does that internet bible Wikipedia have an answer for this? Has this be a member of a church to get baptized thing always been like this? Does one have to wander the earth the rest of ones days non baptized potentially burning in hell for the sake of not being a member of someones church. And so those find a church somewhere on planet earth that will baptize non members thoughts has me wanting to repost that Congregation Segregation blog post that was posted on this blog and my other blog some time a while ago in an attempt to maintain content for this blog whenever web 2.0 social media user generated content possible.
Easter must be coming up soon because the stores are filled with chocolate bunnies everywhere. And This Holy Week thing is making me wonder, are churches the most segregated places on planet earth? I just realized that every time I want to go to church I have to find a church mass, communion and religious worship service for my “Demonination” my nationality. For what reason can’t all churches welcome everyone regardless of your race, color or creed. The one place where one goes to find God and be free is not free, it’s segregated by nationality and denominations. It’s either all Christian, all Protestant, all Jewish, all Episcopalian, all Catholic, all Muslim, all Buddhist or all something else.
This Tower of Babel confusion of the languages, cultures and nations thing has got me confused.
And what if I want to go to church with someone who is not my nationality? We’d have to look around really hard to find a church that would accept both of our nationalities. I do believe there are some free, liberal, multicultural and diverse churches who welcome everyone such as Interfaith, Unitarian and Universalist churches who approach faith, religion and spirituality in a non traditional, creedless and non dogmatic way and have no creedal requirements imposed on their members. Times Square Church in Manhattan is an example of this. But for the most part, churches have always remained segregated.
I am losing faith in the churches for this reason, they seem Saint Hypocritical and Saint Elitist in their God loves you for who you are speeches. Where can I go to find God and not be judged by the color of my skin? Should I just become an Atheist? Happy Easter.![]()
Advertise This Business
And on this day finds itself another one of those Sundays that has rolled around. The day of rest, the Sabbath. Or is that Saturday. And yet I find myself blogging about advertising, business and pay per click for some reason or another on this blogging day. And if you happen to be wondering what pay per click is all about, well BizzClick can tell you. BizzClick is a pay per click advertising agency where one can get rich quick with an internet click, or something like that. Advertisers can advertise, and publishers can publish those products for those businesses to get more internet traffic and business with their campaigns. And there is also a keyword tool for if one wants to keyword up their website with as many keywords as one can think of. And now with the age of all things internet, advertising that business online has never been easier. ![]()
Transportation Again
And so I find myself recycling this blog with one of those posts that found itself posted on this blog some time a while ago in an attempt to maintain content for this blog and my other blog whenever web 2.0 social media user generated content blaghers block possible. And even though the dates may change in this blog entry, unfortunately the story still remains the same.
Transportation Alternatives and Critical Mass. Those are two groups that come to mind as I read this article in yesterdays Metro newspaper, “The high cost of cruising” and unfortunately, according to this article, the high cost of cruising seems to be death from car accidents. The article has some interesting numbers and statistics. “From 1950 to 1970, the U.S. automobile population grew four times faster than the human population. Interesting. And it goes to to say, Cars kill people, During the 20th century, 250 million Americans were maimed of injured in automobile accidents. Every single day in the U.S., an average of 121 people are killed in car accidents. These numbers are incomprehensible to me and I see the increase of cars in New York city over the years as I look around. Streets I once crossed slowly, I now run across. With today’s gas guzzling cars contributing to the war with oil and gasoline consumption, ozone depletion and greenhouse gases speeding up the pace of life, more cars and more accidents seem to be a way of life. What can one do if a loved one is lost to an accident, as cars are not the only hazardous mode of transportation. Any mode of transportation can be hazardous with the possibility of accidents. If only roads could be built for people and not cars. If only laws could change where pedestrian deaths are not treated as disposable roadkill and drivers could be reprimanded with something other than a parking ticket or be told to just keep driving. If only speed limits can be reduced on highways and even streets or if only everyone can bike to work, or if only the pace of life can be slowed down with cars and transportation or if only it was possible to go back to the days of horse and buggy’s. If only another world was possible. And what does this have to do with a No Police State?![]()
An Education
The IRS. And in case you happen to be one of those human beings who has to pay taxes as part of life on planet earth, you may be well aware of what those IRS letters may mean, as in the Internal Revenue Service. And as far as I blogger know, it’s that tax time of year again. And so I find myself blogging about enrolled agent continuing education requirements and enrolled agent continuing education for some reason or another on this blogging day. And so if you happen to be looking for that enrolled agent continuing professional education, the internet has it. You can find CPE programs, tax practice courses, tax representation courses, how many hours of education are needed for an enrolled agent to get that EA license, Enrolled Agent CPE courses for Ethics and Tax Practice, Representing Taxpayers Before the IRS and many other IRS and tax courses at Fastforward Academy with just a website visit away, as they are all tax education and more all the time.![]()

And in between my Facebookaholicness, MySpaceaholicness, Twitteraholicness, YouTubeaholicness, Bloggeraholicness, and now Google Plusaholicness and just about any other web 2.0 social media user generated content internetaholicness I can think of, I somehow came across someones post about planets, stars, galaxies and more stars and Mercury and Mars being in retrograde, going around backwards on their axis’s or something like that. And objects seem to fall out of the sky, electronics and everything else just doesn’t seem to work and relationships and other projects can just go plain wacky to where it can be a great idea to just hide out under a rock until those planets want to go forward again, I think. And so I find myself posting an excerpt from Lynn Koiner’ Mars Retrograde 2012 website in an attempt to maintain content for this blog and my other blog whenever blaghers block possible.
Mars retrograde 2012
From JANUARY 23 through APRIL 14 2012, the planet Mars will be in retrograde motion. This period is inappropriate for activities requiring the normal flow of Mars initiative. Using the constructive aspects of these transits, it is an excellent time to reinforce some aspect of our lives. This will be shown by the House position of this transit.
When Mars is retrograde, it depletes the vitality so that it is never a time to initiate. Whoever initiates loses— a new project, a great love, an argument, a lawsuit, or an international war. With a new project, it will fizzle out and never really go anywhere. With a hot romance, it too fizzles and it rarely gets to the alter. With an argument, the hostility will come back to haunt you later. In legal matters, stoke your opponent into initiating the lawsuit first. It will be etched in granite that they will lose. In an international war, whoever fires first will automatically lose or ultimately withdraw. Matters commenced while Mars is retrograde will be frustrated and plagued with disruptions until they finally fizzle out. At this time, people become irritated when activities do not run smoothly. The anger may disrupt indirectly and inappropriately – like getting a traffic ticket when you feel annoyed with your job.
During this cycle, never buy anything mechanical unless it is heavily insured! Office machinery and computers easily break down. A friend who owned a word processing service found this period to always be a disaster. During one retrograde cycle, the printer, the back-up printer and the rented printer all failed to work. When they finally got one that worked, the mailing labels printed but there was no ink! I often notice that the world needs a brake job when Mars in retrograde.
Those who have Aries or Scorpio strong in their horoscopes are dramatically affected by this shift in direction of their natural ruler. For Arians, they find themselves being less aggressive, less pushy and less impatient to have THEIR WAY in a situation. Both Mars-ruled types find themselves more inclined to sit back and review matters in a more detached or impersonal way. They feel more patient to wait on circumstances to unfold before they take action. These individuals may not recognize the anger they feel inside. They may express an unusual passiveness while under fire because they need too much processing time before they can retaliate. Only when Mars turns direct can they move the Mars energy forward.
For those who are NOT ruled by Mars, it may feel quite differently. They may feel more impatient to force matters to a conclusion, to get a project going or to take immediate action. This would be an unwise course of action! Remember, initiating or impulsively taking action will not work to your favor.
In GOOD DAYS ACTION PLANNING GUIDE, Mary Shea describes an ideal way to handle Mars retrograde. “You go back over situations (either in your mind or in reality), doing things again and again while making corrections in the way you handle events. While Mars is retrograde, you will be reviewing the way you handle anger, self-defense, self-motivation and sexual relationships… outward anger or conflicts may not be appropriate.” She rightfully feels that using passive-aggressive techniques, manipulation, arbitration or subtle power plays may be more appropriate at this time. “If you are normally non-assertive, you may be forced to defend yourself. Whatever your tactics, you must give thought to what you are doing. If your tactics do not work or they are inappropriate to the situation, your anger will continue to build while Mars is retrograde. You can expect the anger to manifest full-blown by the time Mars turns direct. If you have seriously wronged or angered another with…acts of aggression, you can expect the backlash as Mars turns direct.”
When the 1997 Retrograde got underway in Libra and Virgo, I noticed that non-aggressive types seemed to now be intolerant of lazy people who waste their time. They were not willing to take action and eliminate the non-essential personnel. One Pisces man felt that it was a bad time for employees when it was actually a time when he had grown intolerant of intolerable work practices by irresponsible workers. In 1999, with Mars in Scorpio and Libra, I met many people from my past, people whom I had not seen in a long time. The connections were temporary. I found myself dealing with manipulative emotional outbursts in others but I reacted with calmness and just listened to what they had to say. In 2001, there were daily accidents on our Beltway, tying up traffic for miles. Other cities reported the same. McVeigh’s execution was postponed exactly as Mars went Retrograde which put the spotlight on John Doe #3 and #4 and a possible cover-up conspiracy.
When Mercury went Retrograde with Mars, a US and a British missile crashed upon launching. In 2003, at its Station, there was an unsuccessful coup in the Philippines. There were many terrorists bombings, including the bombing of the UN headquarters in Baghdad. There were several oustings, referendums and resignations of political leaders during this cycle.
