Debt

Debt, and that word seems to be going around a lot lately, especially when it comes to the economy seeming as if it want to have one of those going out of business everything must go sales where it seem as if every person, or every other person is out of a job looking for some sort or work with an accumulating debt in the precess. And do you happen to find yourself as one of these people with one of those accumulating debts? Well, there’s always debt consolidation when you could be looking to get out of debt fast. And if and when you find yourself with bills, bills, and more bills, debt management plans seems as if they can become necessary if one may want to stay in business somehow. So if you may find yourself with lots of those I.O.U’s, debt consolidation can be one of those ways to help you get out of debt in case you find oneself hiding out from the telephone from those seemingly nonstop creditor phone calls.

The Pyramid Of Capitalism

The Pyramid of Capitalism. Now that photo above I think is called “The Pyramid of Capitalism”. I know because the title of it I saw on someone else’s page said so. And so I thought that photo to be so interesting that I thought to post it on this blog also. And does that internet bible dictionary Wikipedia have an entry for that word Capitalism, as this word seems to provoke many an interesting thoughts and discussions, most all relating to money, work and politics somehow. And from the words I can decipher in that photo above, that photos has something to do with the words “Industrial worker, Capitalism, we rule you, we fool you, we shoot at you???, and that previous phrase could be a whole another blog posting, as guns are the worst invention ever, if only guns could be banished from every human being on planet earth., and so the words continue to say on that photo above… we eat for you, we work for all, we feed all, Pyramid of Capitalist System. And that photo above seems as if it can be self explanatory even without words. And what, if anything, does this have to do with a No Police State?

Phoney Baloney

Hey Bloggers, or at least whoever could be reading this blog posting. As I find myself here staring at this crumpled up, worn out and ripped ten dollar bill, I find myself wondering is this one of those why did I get out of bed days. For the love of money is the root of all evil, and while some have coveted after, they have pierced themselves through with many arrows, or something like that the bible quote goes. And on this day I happen to find myself in receipt of a counterfeit ten dollar bill. That’s right, a genuine fake phoney baloney money counterfeit ten dollar bill to be found somewhere in that city of New York and possibly beyond here on planet earth. And how do I know it’s counterfeit you may ask, maybe? After two other merchants told me when I tried to spend it, that’s how. And I guess I should have realized it was phoney baloney money when I saw all of those black marker marks all over it that seems to be used for phony baloney money these days and times. And what the heck am I supposed to do with this new found debt that’s not even an I.O.U. What does it mean to be on the receiving end of counterfeit money? Has that ever happened to other people? Can I call up the Department of the Treasury and Federal Reserve and ask for a refund. Is there an internet I would like my money back guru to answer this question. And I must admit, I have had many a utopian, fruedian or whatever it can be called visions of having one of those do it your self make your own money photo copy machines in my living room, photocopying free money away, though that hasn’t happened yet. And if money really grew on trees, that would be great. And if money were free, that would be better. And if money were not even required at all as a part of existing in this world on planet earth, that would be even better. And so back to that phoney baloney dollar money bill again, What the heck can I do with it, if anything. Do I hide under a rock and try and pass it along to some other unsuspecting person to buy and sell, do I throw it away, or is there somewhere I can call to ask for a refund for things like this. And in my paranoia hereafter, I am liable to inspect every bill for foney baloniness that passes my way, and what a major task than can be. And so somewhere between the subway and a lower Manhattan merchant on this day, I find myself asking myself this question. And I can not figure out for some reason who and which merchant I could have received this phony baloney dollar bill from to backtrack where it may have came from in that city of New York, as memory seems to be passing me by on this day. And oh, by the way, the following is a blah blog post I posted this blog a while ago:

Introducing the Newly Designed USD $100 Bill

This news just in. So there was this discussion yesterday about the the newly designed $100 bill with security features for counterfeiters that will be introduced to the world. Is it 1984 yet? Look at this twenty dollar bill, analyze it, then look at this 1,000 Switzerland Croner Bill, analyze it and tell me what you see? Do you see any design features that would be counterfeit? How does it’s texture feel? The United States Treasury will be introducing a newly designed $100 bill that looks similar to foreign money and food stamp money in its design with so many busy design features, it’s sensory overload. Is the US Treasury able to stay one step ahead of the counterfeiters and their photo copy machines? Are these new designs to counteract counterfeiters or to compete with the European Union or something else? Their mission is to introduce a new program campaign with slogans to “educate”consumers about counterfeit money. There will be patriotic images on the bills, the Statue of Liberty, the Liberty Bell and of course the Eagle. There will be slogans of “If the bells ring, it’s the real thing”, meaning if the hologram images of the bells are not appearing or disappearing correctly when one tilts the bill, turn your neighbor or yourself in! or “Tip the Strip”, meaning that if the five silvery shiny encoded holographic bars with 000’s in it running across the bill do not appear, disappear or reappear correctly, turn yourself or your neighbor in immediately! Or if the faces are just smiling funny, turn yourself or your neighbor in. Why does this campaign remind me of the NYC MTA, (New York City Metropolitan Terrorize it’s subway riders Association) with those pre recorded “If you see something, say something” and “If you see a suspicious package say something”, and random bag search campaigns? Do I now give up my civil liberties in the name of security? Does not this instill fear into people to turn everyone against each other? Is this a civil liberties concern for the masses? A job for the American Civil Liberties Union? Is my job now to be a fraud counterfeit money detective every time I receive a dollar bill? Must I now start washing, dipping, stripping, wringing, drying, tying and spying every dollar bill I receive? I never really pay much attention to fraud counterfeit money, I am too busy spending it. Isn’t that the store merchants job to check for counterfeit money? As I see merchants holding my twenty dollar bills up to the light and writing on them with markers all the time as if they are looking for something every time I buy something. This is not the first time the dollar bill has been redesigned, I should be used to it changing colors every year by now. Money is now being marketed and $100’s are the new $20’s. And how should the US Treasury present this campaign? Who should represent the campaign? Oprah Winfrey, the elderly, the common person, the US Treasury? Should the campaign be advertised on bus stops, posters, subway platforms, television, radio and telephone booths? Can the US Treasury just simply publish photos of the old currency before its redesign and after its redesign as it has done in the past? And for what reason is counterfeit money such a big issue? Will paper money ever be obsolete? Isn’t plastic credit cards and identity theft the big issue these days? I am still a fan on the one dollar bill. It is the only currency that has not been redesigned over and over. And what does this have to do with a No Police State? Have a great day.

Some Sign of the Times

And is this some sign of the New York real estate gentrify, gentrification, genocide, yuppie, young urban professional, poor run into the river times or something. And as I found myself riding another one of those New York Metro buses the other day going my way, I overheard some other passengers conversation about “My rent used to be 300, now that same apartment is 3,000”, or something to that effect. “And so what’s this conversation all about?”, I found myself asking that other rider passerby. And that conversation had something to do with the idea or fact that the New York City Housing Authority is privatizing its project Baruch Houses on Avenue Departments along the East River FDR Drive and turning them into condos for the rich, and there are, were signs on the door to prove it. The tenants have to move out. Hugh? How is that possible? And I thought I heard some proposal rumor or read some article maybe about this idea seemingly decades ago. And now it’s real? Huh? And does this reflect some trend across America, the world? Luxury resorts being converted into the projects, and projects being converted into luxury resorts. Is this urban sprawl or something. What’s that all about. Are the poor being run into the surrounding metro suburban areas of New Jersey, Connecticut and beyond from that Metropolis of that City of New York and other cities across the country and world in exile. Will Manhattan become an island for the rich only. Housing, shelter, that basic human necessity. Whose right is it to say the land is for sale anyway. And what, if anything, does this have to do with a No Police State.

Capitalism

And I am not exactly sure what factoring business is, though it seems as if it could have something to do with working capital. And I would think a lot of people have heard of that word capital as when used with that other word capitalism, as in making money, money and more money. And Working Capital Company has financed companies for over twenty years. And when your business is short on cash, Working Capital Company is there to help you. They are a number one factoring company. You can find factoring brokers at their website as well, as they are all factoring all the time.

Pension

Pension. Hey bloggers, what’s a pension? I overheard two people discussing this word the other day and it had something to do with the context or work, retiring from work, working ones whole life away for some company, more work and beyond. And what does this word mean. Does that internet bible dictionary Wikipedia have an entry and a definition for this word. Can this word be dissected, picked apart and translated to mean something in another language. And for what reason does one work their whole life away for this thing called a pension. Is that what it means to retire at that age of 65 is it and to serve faithfully and dutifully to that organization, never to leave that job so one can get paid when they stop working there. Is that what this allegiance to ones work place is all about. Is there a hidden meaning behind this word What’s that word all about.

Avenue A

Hey Bloggers, is today a holiday. This postings seems as if it wants to be about the economy and eco money, maybe. And I have found myself on that Avenue A bus that runs to and from those streets throughout that city of New York on avenue and and crosstown on 14th street. And Avenue as goes through that seemingly trendy and main drag of this seemingly historical alternative counter culture and other things it could e and represent neighborhood now called the East Village for real estate marketing purposes I guess, as I believe this neighbor hod was once called Loisiada. And So I found myself on this Avenue A bus again going riding through this neighborhood every so often and I noticed what seems like half of its stores and businesses are closed, shuttered, though not boarded up as of yet. And I have noticed this closing of stores going out of business more and more seemingly just in recent weeks of what seems like it is a neighborhood going out of business. And so I asked the lady sitting next to em “Is it a holiday today?”. “No”, she said. “As a matter of fact, lots of stores between 14th and 13th on 1st Avenue are closed. The bagel shop is gone, and its that all of these businesses rents are being doubled. If a landlord is charging six thousand and can charge twelve thousand, he will”. And so I wonder, is this all a part of that gentrification genocide thing that has overcome that city of New York this past decade. Or is this a sign to come of the ripple effect of that mortgage meltdown and impending recession depression, uncle Scam, I mean Sam going out of business and having one of those everything must go sales and the national debt, bailout the bailouts and the federal reserve and treasury can not print up enough money fast enough to cover it all. It this that mortgage meltdown that is finally making its way toward New York. Is this a sign of the national economy going out of business that has affected the rest of the nation and the world with its Wall Street Stock Market exchange. And it is an eerie thing to look at. And it is not a burned out war zone ghost town from the Twilight Zone where everyone finds themselves standing in the soup lines as of yet. And these vacant stores has me wondering.

An Auto Bailout

So what’s that thing that has been in the news a lot lately that along with the economy and the Wall Street stock market exchange seemingly going out of business and having one of those everything must go sales, the three big automakers of Ford, general Motors and I forget the other one, is it Chrysler, are asking for bailout of their debt in I guess the latest of companies to succumb to the domino effect of businesses that seem as if they want to go out of business. And I guess they are asking for a bailout to basically make more cars. And isn’t the world already chocked on enough cars already. Shouldn’t those automakers see this as a sign to stop making cars that seem to be speeding up global warming, climate change and 2012 on track with their carbon dioxide greenhouse gas emissions. And those auto maker employers who are having sit ins from being layed off as a result of this going out of business sale, can’t they just be given severance pay and the automobile industry close down altogether or switch to environmentally clean fuel such as electric, solar or other alternatives fuels sources that are not contributing to the war for oil, oil and more oil. Isn’t it possible to just recycle cars and automobiles, as it may look cool to have a bunch of retro looking cars on the road these days from eras of days past ago. Wouldn’t it be safer for the environment for those oil guzzling automobiles to just disappear. And those presidential policies in that country of America seem all the same as if the demoncratics seem to be speaking the language of the republicans who seem to speak the language of the state, and the state of what I am not exactly sure. Isn’t it possible to help save planet mother earth instead of asking for more money to harm it and the environment. Is another world possible. Peace on earth and goodwill to all mankind.
