Now this is an interesting email. The following is yet another one of those Todd Eaton emails that I have somehow found myself subscribed to and receive every so often that seem to be all protest all the time. And this one seems to be about the Nazi's, or should I say, write that word. And this event seems to be taking place tonight. And I guess I should have some sort of knowledge about those people being that I just visited Munich, Germany, the birth place of Adolf Hitler and his Nazism, and did that Third Reich Walking Tour a few weeks ago as one of those tourists. And the title of that email was "EMERG. ANTI-NAZI DEMO TONIGHT WEDNESDAY‏". And I thought this email interesting to repost. And what does this have to do with a No Police State? :

Already shut out of his original location due to the efforts of Anti-Racist Action and the support of the Metropolitian New York Baptist Association and local community members, Irving has announced a back-up location and his speaking tour will attempt to make its next stop in NYC. To that end, NYC Anti-Racist Action is calling for a demonstration outside Primavera Ristorante to protest Daving Irving's genocidal neo-Nazi politics, and against Primavera's management for giving Irving a public platform when they know full well exactly who Irving is. We will be sending a strong message that Holocaust deniers and neo-Nazis are not welcome in NYC! David Irving is the author of numerous books that debate the actualities of the Holocaust. He is also openly racist and supportive of the Nazi Party. In Austria, where Holocaust revisionism is a crime, Irving was arrested for "glorifying and identifying with the German Nazi Party" and served almost a year in prison. When white supremacists hold public events, it is essential that the community stand up and confront them and their racist agenda. Allowing fascists to recruit and organize can only spell disaster for the community, and in the interest of community self-defense, the fascists must be stopped. Many, including the Nazis themselves, like to shield fascism and the genocide it espouses with the curtain of "free speech rights." However, every sane person with an iota of decency and human compassion acknowledges that there are limits to "free speech rights" - the magic construct of the State, invoked to defend Nazis and ignored when Black Panthers and Earth First activists need to be shot or beaten. The Supreme Court set forth the qualifier about yelling "fire" in a crowded theater. The People's Court sets forth the qualifier that free speech ends when hate speech and genocidal politics begin.
